Subsequent Work

  1. Fit wheel → INSTALLING WHEEL .
  2. Tighten axle nut (drive shaft to wheel bearing housing) if it was removed (vehicle lowered, brakes operated by 2nd fitter).

    → Tightening torque: 460 Nm (340 ftlb.) 

  3. Check wheel alignment values and adjust if necessary. → 449503 PERFORMING FRONT AND REAR SUSPENSION ALIGNMENT .
