Installing Starter

  1. Fit the starter and tighten the screws -arrows-  . Tightening torque 45 Nm (33 ftlb.)

  2. Secure electric lines and tighten the nuts.
    1. 2.1. Fit B+ line -2-  and tighten M8 nut -1-  . Tightening torque 18 Nm (13 ftlb.) 
    2. 2.2. Fit terminal 50 line -4-  and tighten M6 nut -3-  . Tightening torque 6.5 Nm (5 ftlb.)

  3. GT3 vehicles:  Also screw on one M6 screw -3-  .

    Tightening torque 6.5 Nm (5 ftlb.)

  4. Fit cap -1-  .
