Removing Side Trim Panel

Some of the repair illustrations show only one side of the vehicle.
Naturally, some steps also have to be performed on the opposite side of the vehicle as well.

Unscrew fastening screw on the underbody panelling -1- , -arrow-

Unscrew fastening screws -1- and slide the side-section trim -2- inwards (-arrow- ) and remove it.

Check fastening clips and fastening nuts for deformation and replace them if necessary.
