Installing Exhaust Manifold

  1. Clean area -1-  on the cylinder head.

  2. Install exhaust manifold.
    1. 2.1. Fit sealing ring -2-  on the catalytic converter and tighten clamp -3-  .
    2. 2.2. Fit exhaust manifold -4-  with new metal seal -1-  on the cylinder head flange.

  3. Fit fastening screws -1 to 9-  and tighten according to the specified tightening sequence. Tightening torque 30 Nm (22 ftlb.)

  4. Tighten clamp -3-  . → Tightening torque: 23 Nm (17 ftlb.)
