Installing Rear Side Section (Roof Removed)

Apply adhesive.

1. 1.1. Evenly apply adhesive to the marked areas.
  Working with body structural adhesive → 5X00IN WORKING WITH BODY STRUCTURAL ADHESIVE
Fit and secure rear side section.
Observe gap dimensions. → 5X00IN DIAGRAM - BODY GAP DIMENSIONS
Resistance spot-weld the rear side section.

2. 5.2. Apply a welded seam to the rear side section using inert gas.

1. 6.1. Resistance spot-weld rear side section.
2. 6.2. Apply a welded seam to the rear side section using inert gas.
3. 6.3. Plug-weld rear side section in the area -A- using inert gas.
Apply a full butt weld one in front of the other to the rear side section using inert gas.

2. 8.2. Spot-weld rear transverse roof strut using inert gas.
