Removing Transmission

Pull off cable plug -1- on the hall sender -2- .

Disconnect coolant hoses -3- on the coolant collection unit.
1. 2.1. Unclip retaining clip -1- on the vacuum line.
2. 2.2. Pull off spring clamps -2- on the plug-in couplings -arrows- .
3. 2.3. Place a container under the unit to collect coolant.
4. 2.4. Pull off coolant hoses.

Secure the transmission -2- with lifting straps -1- .
1. 3.1. Workshop Crane WW-WSK 1000 WE 1168 must be ready.
2. 3.2. Fit restraining straps on the transmission as shown.

  NOTE:
  Mechanical overload of components
  - Component will be damaged irreparably
  → Observe guidelines for assembly and disassembly
Remove transmission.
1. 4.1. Loosen and unscrew connecting screws -1 and 2- first.
2. 4.2. Then loosen and unscrew the remaining connecting screws -3 to 6- .
3. 4.3. Remove transmission using the workshop crane.
