Mounting Transmission

Information 

• The coolant hoses must lock with an audible click when pushed into the plug-in couplings  .

Information 

Replace flange screws if necessary.

→ Observe guidelines for assembly and disassembly

1. Mount transmission.
   1. 1.1. Fit connecting screws in the following sequence: Screw in screws -3 to 6-  first, then screws -1 and 2-  .
   2. 1.2. Tighten all fastening screws. Tightening torque 85 Nm (63 ft. lbs.) 
   3. 1.3. Remove restraining straps.

2. Secure coolant hoses -1-  .
   1. 2.1. Fit spring clamps -2-  on the coolant hoses.
   2. 2.2. Connect coolant hoses and check that they are seated securely.
   3. 2.3. Clip retaining clip -3-  onto the vacuum line.

3. Connect cable plug -1-  on the hall sender -2-  .
