  1. Disconnect the battery. → 2X00IN WORK INSTRUCTIONS AFTER DISCONNECTING THE BATTERY
  2. Remove rear wheels. → 440519 REMOVING AND INSTALLING WHEEL - section on "Removing"
  3. Remove rear silencer. → 263319 REMOVING AND INSTALLING REAR SILENCER - section on "Removing"
  4. Remove rear anti-roll bar. → 429019 REMOVING AND INSTALLING REAR ANTI-ROLL BAR - section on "Removing"
  5. Disconnect shift and selector cables at the transmission. → 341219 REMOVING AND INSTALLING SHIFT AND SELECTOR CABLES  - section on "Removing"
  6. Remove both transmission mounts. → 344019 REMOVING AND INSTALLING TRANSMISSION MOUNT  - section on "Removing"
  7. Loosen clutch slave cylinder. → 303019 REMOVING AND INSTALLING CLUTCH SLAVE CYLINDER - section on "Removing"

    Do not disconnect the clutch line  . The clutch fluid circuit must not be opened.

  8. Drain coolant. → 193817 DRAINING AND FILLING COOLANT
