Installing Rear Backrest

Move the backrest into position -arrow A- and guide the bolts -4- and -2- for the backrest into the holder.
Close the securing clip -3- in the center of the vehicle -arrow B- .

Close the securing clip -1- at the outside of the vehicle -arrow B- .

Screw in fastening screw for securing clip in the center of the vehicle and tighten to the specified torque → Tightening torque: 10 Nm (7.5 ftlb.)+/-1 Nm (+/-0.5 ftlb.) .

Screw in fastening screw for securing clip at the outside of the vehicle and tighten to the specified torque → Tightening torque: 10 Nm (7.5 ftlb.)+/-1 Nm (+/-0.5 ftlb.) .

Fold the backrest up until it engages securely.
Plug in electric plug connection until it engages securely.
