Assembly Overview - Air Injection System

  1. Vacuum hose from secondary-air injection valve 1
  2. Right combination valve for secondary air
  3. Screws → Tightening torque: 9 Nm (6.5 ftlb.) 
  4. Sensor 1 for secondary air pressure
  5. O-ring/replace 
  6. Screws → Tightening torque: 5 Nm (3.5 ftlb.) 
  7. Left combination valve for secondary air
  8. Vacuum hose from secondary-air injection valve 2
  9. Seal/replace 
  10. Hose for secondary air on pressure side
  11. Rubber-metal mount
  12. Motor for secondary air
  13. Holder/riveted to body
  14. Nut → Tightening torque: 9 Nm (6.5 ftlb.) 
  15. O-rings/replace if damaged 
  16. Hose for secondary air on intake side
  17. Secondary air pipe
  18. Seal/replace
