Installing Transmission Oil Cooler

Information
- Replace molded seal.
- Grease molded seal with a light coating of Khyber Syntheso Glep (Part No.: 000.043.204.68).
- Fit transmission oil cooler.

- 1.1. Position transmission oil cooler.
- 1.2. Screw in and tighten screws (M6 x 55) -1- on the transmission oil cooler. Initial tightening 2.4 Nm (2 ftlb.)
- 1.3. Screw in and tighten screws (M6 x 20) -2- on the transmission oil cooler. Initial tightening 2.4 Nm (2 ftlb.)
- Secure cable duct for B+ line.
- 2.1. Position cable duct -1- .
- 2.2. Screw in and tighten the two screws at the right -2- on the cable duct. Tightening torque 10 Nm (7.5 ftlb.)
- Connect coolant hoses.
- 3.1. Connect coolant hose -1- and close the spring band clamp -3- .
- 3.2. Connect coolant hose -2- and close the spring band clamp -4- .
- Hose clamping pliers Nr.192 -3- and -4- must now be removed from the two coolant hoses -1- and -2- .
