Removing Rear Spoiler

Hot fluid
- Danger of scalding
→ Let the fluid cool down.
→ Wear personal protective gear.
- Unclip inner cover at the right in an upward direction -arrow- and disengage emergency release cable.
- Check clips for damage and replace them if necessary.
- Loosen upper part of oil filler neck.

- 3.1. Unscrew fastening screw on upper part of oil filler neck -arrow- .
- 3.2. Remove coolant cap and set upper part aside.
- 3.3. Protect coolant filler neck to prevent dirt and parts from falling in.
- Unscrew fastening screws on support plate at the left and right -1- .
- Unscrew fastening screws close to the rear apron -1- .
- Release plug connection for the rear spoiler -arrow a- and pull it off -arrow A- .
- Tilt the rear spoiler in direction of arrow -A- with the help of another person and lift it forward -B- and remove it.
