Installing Wing Trim Panel

Information 

• Some of the repair illustrations show only one side of the vehicle. 
• Naturally, some steps also have to be performed on the opposite side of the vehicle as well. 

Information 

• Always fit new grommets before installing the wing trim panel. 
• Check fixing clips and replace if necessary. 

1. If you intend to re-use the wing trim panel -2-  , replace double-sided adhesive tape -1-  at the top of the wing trim panel -2-  .
   1. 1.1. Remove old adhesive tape -1-  completely from the wing trim panel -2-  .
   2. 1.2. Carefully clean and de-grease the bonding area.
   3. 1.3. Stick new double-sided adhesive tape -1-  on the top of the wing trim panel -2-  and press it on firmly.

2. Clip new grommets -1-  into the body.
3. Check fixing clips -2-  for damage and check that they are fitted securely in the wing trim panel -3-  .
4. Carefully clean and de-grease bonding area -arrow-  of the double-sided adhesive tape -4-  on the wing.
5. Pull protective strip off the double-sided adhesive tape -4-  .
6. Position wing trim panel -3-  , clip it in and press firmly on the double-sided adhesive tape -4-  to secure it to the wing.
