Removing Charge-Air Cooler

Unless specified otherwise, removal and installation is the same on both sides. 

1. Pull off cover over the cooler.
2. Unscrew screws on the charge-air cooler.
3. Unclip air guide from the charge-air cooler.

4. Unscrew screws/nuts -1, 2, 3-  .

5. Pull the retaining clip on the air guide hose out slightly and remove the charge-air cooler.

   To do this, release the locking lug -A-  on the plug-in coupling by pulling the safety clip -arrow-  .
