Installing Main Headlights

NOTE:
Voltage peaks
- Risk of damage to load or to the control unit
→ Remove the ignition key and switch off load before disconnecting or removing load.
Information
Risk of damage to headlights due to chafing and excessive temperatures.
Headlights must not be covered when they are switched on, e.g. by wing protector or film.
Switch off ignition.
Information
If the headlight is replaced, the headlight mounting must also be replaced.
- Install headlight mounting. → Installing Headlight Mounting
- Plug in connector until it engages securely.
- Insert headlight into guide rails and push fully home into the wing.
- Press the headlight to the rear, turning the socket wrench at the same time until it points horizontally to the rear -C- . The headlight lock must engage with an audible and perceptible click.
- Close the headlight release cover.
- Fit the toolbox.
- Check that all lights are working.
