Replacing Seal For Sliding Roof

Pull seal -1- off the sliding roof.

Install new seal.

1. 2.1. Place end of seal -1- at the rear center of the sliding roof.
2. 2.2. Press seal onto sliding roof all the way around.
  Information
  - Cut back only the metal insert.
  - Do not damage outside of sealing rubber.
3. 2.3. Cut off end piece of seal leaving a short Length 2 mm +1 mm extra length.

4. 2.4. Cut back metal insert -3- of the seal, Length approx. 1 mm .

5. 2.5. Press seal on completely.
6. 2.6. Check that the seal is fitted securely and is flush.
