Installing Rear Brake Disc

Information
- Brake calliper screws can always be re-used if no damage can be identified.
- Replace damaged bolts.
- Observe different tightening specifications!
Do not confuse right and left brake discs during assembly!
Distinguishing feature: Part No.!
- Check that all parts are in perfect condition (visual inspection) and replace them if necessary.
- Clean the levelling and centering surfaces on the brake disc and wheel hub.
- Apply a very thin coat of Optimoly TA to the centering surface on the wheel hub.
- Fit brake disc. Observe the correct tightening torque.
- Fit the brake calliper. Observe the correct tightening torque.
- Guide and insert the plug connection for the brake pad wear indicator into the holder.
- Position disc brake pads by operating the brake several times.
- Check the brake fluid level and correct it if necessary.
