Master Gear unit elevating platform

Assembly mandrel  => Height can be adjusted; used for mounting in the engine carrier; equipped with a locking screw to prevent engine from tipping and for height adjustment. Item 2 in base carrier 
Wheel hub holder  => Secures the spring struts to prevent them from tipping. Inserted from the side into the second cross member from the front 
Assembly mandrel  => Height can be adjusted; used for mounting in the front-axle carrier at the front; equipped with a locking screw to prevent engine from tipping and for height adjustment. Item 1 in base carrier 
Support  => Not used here.
Wishbone support  => Used in conjunction with -5-  to protect the wheel suspension and spring struts from damage.
Assembly mandrel  => For mounting on the front-axle carrier at the rear. Item 3 in base carrier 
Assembly mandrel  => Guide for positioning the lifting platform into the body; first moves into a bore in the body for centring roughly. Item 4 in base carrier 
Assembly mandrel  => For mounting on the transmission cross member. Item 5 on base carrier

Tool overview

Wheel hub holder  => Secures the spring struts to prevent them from tipping.
Support  => Prevents the engine from tipping backwards. Not generally used.
Lateral mounting mandrel for engine carrier  => Height can be adjusted; used for mounting in the engine carrier; equipped with a locking screw to prevent engine from tipping and for height adjustment. Item 2 in base carrier 
3.1  Support with height adjustment  => Screwed into part 3.
3.2  Protection against tipping  => Screwed into Part 3.1. Prevents the engine from tilting forward.
Front front-axle carrier mounting  => Height can be adjusted; used for mounting in the front-axle carrier at the front; equipped with a locking screw to prevent engine from tipping and for height adjustment. Item 1 in base carrier 
4.1  Support with height adjustment  => Screwed into part 4.
Rear front-axle carrier mounting  => Item 3 in base carrier 
Mounting in the body  => Item 4 in base carrier 
Mounting for transmission cross member  => Item 5 in base carrier 

Old version without retrofit set 

Information 

For the Cayenne S Diesel (V8), it may be necessary to convert the > VAS 6832/1A - Assembly Fixture - Cayenne! Use

Complete structure of the base carrier - old version

2, 5 and 8  Not used for removing engine!
Screw in mounting mandrel for front-axle carrier at the front (instead of "2")

New version with retrofit set 

Information 

For the Cayenne S Diesel (V8), it may be necessary to convert the > VAS 6832/1A - Assembly Fixture - Cayenne!

> VAS 6832/2 - Assembly Fixture Supplement Set - Cayenne for this.

Arrows  Nuts and screws
  1. Convert engine/transmission mounting.
    1. 1.1 Unscrew nuts -arrows -  .
    2. 1.2 Remove nuts and screws.
    3. 1.3 Remove old cross member and replace it with new cross member -9-  .
    4. 1.4 Screw in and tighten screws and nuts.
