Installing Headliner

Information 

Make sure that the roof cover does not buckle.

1. Guide in the headliner -1-  .
   1. 1.1. Slide the headliner into the vehicle through the cut-out in the rear lid -B-  .
   2. 1.2. Lower the headliner -1-  on the passenger's side down as far as possible -A-  .

2. Carefully press roof lining down and clip electric line -1-  into the bracket -2-  .

3. Position the headliner on the roof of the vehicle and clip in the fixing clips -3-  at the rear by pressing them.

4. Check the fixing clips on the headliner close to the sliding-roof cut-out for deformation and replace them if necessary.
5. Clip in the headliner close to the sliding-roof cut-out using the fixing clips (only on vehicles with a sliding roof).

6. Screw in screws -1-  on bracket for luggage net cover at the sides and tighten to Tightening torque 9 Nm (6.5 ftlb.)  .

7. Screw in screws -2-  on bracket for luggage net cover for rear luggage compartment and tighten to Tightening torque 9 Nm (6.5 ftlb.)  .

8. Screw in screws for the headliner under the roof console -1-  .
