Removing Selector Lever Cable

  1. Pull the tab washer -1-  off the selector lever cable -A-  .

    Releasing selector lever cable from transmission

  2. Pull the selector lever cable -2-  off the ball joint using > VAS 6933 - Disassembly tool  (-B-  ).
  3. Remove selector support.

    > 370819 Removing and installing selector support - section on  "REMOVING "

  4. Carefully pull the selector lever cable -1-  together with the rubber sleeve -2-  out of the centre tunnel -A-  .
