Removing Transmission Control Unit

Information 

Always comply with the regulations for handling ESD-sensitive components!

• Always wear approved work clothes and shoes when carrying out assembly work. 
• Do not remove new parts from ESD (electrostatic discharge) protective packaging until shortly before installation. 
• Do not touch electric pins and plug contacts.

Installation position of control unit

1. Pull carpet to the left and move it aside.
2. Release electric plug connection -1-  (-a-  ) and disconnect it.

3. Unscrew fastening screw -2- 
4. Pull transmission control unit -3-  and holder out of the guides -4-  and remove them.

5. Unclip transmission control unit -3-  from the holder.
