Installing Intake Manifold

→ A previously used intake pipe must not be re-used

→ Replace intake pipe and sealing grommet

→ Replace hose clamp

→ Coat area around sealing grommet on new intake pipe with water during fitting

1. Install new intake manifold -4-  with a new sealing grommet

   Observe marking for correct installation position → Installation position of intake manifold

2. Fit and tighten new hose clamp -3-  . → Tightening torque: 5.5 Nm (4 ft. lb.) 
3. Fit hose for recirculating air valve -2-  and tighten hose clamp -1-  .
