Installing Front Connecting Link (PDCC Actuator)

  1. Fit connecting link on anti-roll bar. Initial tightening 50 Nm (37 ftlb.) Final tightening +50° 
  2. Fit connecting link on spring strut. Initial tightening 50 Nm (37 ftlb.) Final tightening +50° 
  3. Fit retaining bracket to connecting link. Tightening torque 10 Nm (7.5 ftlb.) 
  4. Fit upper and lower pressure line, together with new double seals, on the connecting link. Do not confuse the banjo bolts!

    Fit banjo bolt (with check valve) -1-  on the lower pressure line. Secure upper pressure line with a conventional banjo bolt -2-  . Tightening torque 26 Nm (19 ftlb.)  .
