Preliminary Work

  1. If the control unit has to be replaced, the values must be read out beforehand using PIWIS Tester 9818 II. See Removing Gateway Control Unit 
  2. Remove knee airbag (only for USA version). → REMOVING KNEE AIRBAG ON DRIVER'S SIDE .
