Installing Front Anti-Roll Bar

  1. Place anti-roll bar and anti-roll bar mounts in installation position. Fit anti-roll bar clamps at the left and right.
  2. Tighten threaded connections for anti-roll bar clamps. Tightening torque 65 Nm 
  3. Fit front-axle carrier. For more information see → INFORMATION  .

    Information 

    Only for GT4 vehicles: 

    Fit connecting links (suspension/stabilizer) in the central position on the anti-roll bar

  4. Secure connecting links to the anti-roll bar.

    1. 4.1. Guide ball-joint pin into the bore in the anti-roll bar.
    2. 4.2. Tighten new fastening nut -1-  to Initial tightening 40 Nm (30 ftlb.) Final tightening +30°  .

      Counter with screwdriver 9546  (Torx screwdriver) at the ball-joint pin while tightening.
