Installing Oil Separator

- Remove adhesive tape or stoppers from the bores.
- Replace O-rings and grease with Kluber Syntheso Glep (Porsche part number 000.043.204.68).
- Install oil separator.
- 3.1. Fit oil separator into the bracket for the oil/water heat exchanger.
- 3.2. Fit and tighten two screws. Tightening torque 10 Nm (7.5 ftlb.)
- 3.3. Fit engine vent line on the oil separator and check that it is seated securely.
- Metric screws (M6 x 25) can also be used as an alternative to the standard self-tapping screws.
Tightening torque 13 Nm (9.5 ftlb.)
- Clip in electric line for starter.
