Removing Door Entry Guard

Information 

To reduce the unclipping forces and thereby the risk of damage during removal, the removal steps must be carried out at the accessible connection points using a suitable tool.

1. Remove mounting for door sill at the bottom.
   1. 1.1. Turn the fixing clip and remove it.

2. Remove mounting at the front.
   1. 2.1. Remove fixing clip -1-  at the front.
   2. 2.2. Unscrew fastening screw -2-  at the front.

3. Remove mounting at the rear.
   1. 3.1. Unscrew fastening screws -1-  at the rear.

4. Remove fixing clip for door entry guard.
   1. 4.1. Remove fixing clip.

5. Remove door entry guard.
   1. 5.1. Pull the door entry guard -1-  in the side panel area first out of the retaining strips -2-  .

6. Remove door entry guard.
