Removing Inner Side Section

Information 

Drill out the connection point on one side only. Do not damage the plate underneath.

1. Drill out spotwelds. Spotweld drill Nr.129 Pneumatic spotweld remover, Vario Drill WS 90 WE 1139 
   1. 1.1. Remove rear filler plate.

   Information

2. Drill out spotwelds. Spotweld drill Nr.129 Pneumatic spotweld remover, Vario Drill WS 90 WE 1139 
   1. 2.1. Grind down welded seam in area -C-  .
   2. 2.2. Grind down welded seam in area →  .

3. Drill out spotwelds -A-  from the inside. Spotweld drill Nr.129 Pneumatic spotweld remover, Vario Drill WS 90 WE 1139

4. Heat bonding areas.
   1. 4.1. Remove inner side section.
