Removing Brake Booster

1. 1.1. Unlocking Tool 9767 -1-  must be guided from below in front of the ball joint on the push rod -2-  .
2. 1.2. Press the unlocking tool together -arrows A-  and separate the ball joint from the securing clip -3-  (-arrow B-  ).

Shown as an example as the brake master cylinder is already removed at this time.

Information 

When removing and fitting the brake booster -1-  , make sure not to damage the boot -4-  on the push rod -2-  .

The seal between the brake booster and body -3-  must always be replaced.

Information
