  1. Sealing plug

    - Fit with sealant

  2. Cylinder head
  3. Valve stem seal
  4. Valve spring
  5. Hydraulic compensating element

    - Clipped into rocker arm item 8  .

    Oil running surfaces before installation.

    Mark installation position for re-installation.

  6. Valve-spring plate
  7. Valve collets
  8. Rocker arm

    - Mark installation position for re-installation

    Check roller bearing for ease of movement

    Oil running surface before installation

    To install, clip safety clip item 9  onto hydraulic compensating element item 5  .

  9. Safety clip

    - Not available individually

    Check that clip is seated securely

  10. Intake camshaft
  11. Screw/replace 
  12. Guide frame, with integrated camshaft bearings
  13. Plain compression ring
  14. Not installed
  15. Outlet camshaft
  16. Oil strainer
  17. Intake valve

    - Do not rework; only grinding is permitted

    Mark for re-installation

  18. Outlet valve

    - Do not rework; only grinding is permitted

    Mark for re-installation
