Component Overview

Information 

The oil pressure control valve is located on the right side of the oil guide housing, at the front next to the oil filter.

  1. Oil pressure control valve flange
  2. Engine oil filter
  3. Generator
  4. Oil pan

  1. Screw, M6 x 20
  2. Joint flange
  3. Sealing ring
  4. Oil guide housing to lower part of crankcase - aluminum screw  ; always use new aluminum screws
  5. Oil level sensor
  6. Oil level sensor to oil guide housing (steel screw)
  7. Timing-case cover to oil guide housing - aluminum screw  ; always use new aluminum screws

  1. Oil pump
  2. Screw, M8 x 22; replace
  3. Oil pump sprocket
  4. Cap screw, M36
  5. Solenoid valve (oil pressure control valve)
  6. Sealing rings (grease before fitting)
  7. Dowel sleeve
  8. Screw, M6 x 45
  9. Sprocket cover
  10. Screw, M6 x 16
  11. Drive chain

  1. Screw, M6 x 20
  2. Joint flange with sealing ring
  3. Cap screw, M36
  4. Oil sealing ring with engine oil
  5. Solenoid valve/oil pressure control valve
  6. Special socket socket-wrench insert 9753 
  7. Puller relay puller 9235
