Removing Turbocharger At Cylinders 4 - 6

Loosen intake pipe on the turbocharger and remove intake pipe.
Pull off control line -2- at the vacuum unit.

Unscrew fastening nut -1- and remove cover plate on exhaust manifold -2- .
Unscrew fastening screws -3- and remove heat shield on cross-shaft engine carrier -4- .

Information
- When removing the turbocharger, take note of the connection points for the lines.
- Mark the installation position of the lines that are screwed to the turbocharger.
- During re-installation, the lines must be tension-free and must not be bent.
- Bent lines must be replaced.
Unscrew fastening screw -5- and disconnect oil return line -2- .
Unscrew fastening screws -3- and disconnect oil supply line -1- .

Remove coolant supply line -2- at the turbocharger.
1. 7.1. Unscrew fastening screw -4- and disconnect coolant supply line -2- .
2. 7.2. Unscrew fastening screw -3- .
3. 7.3. Disconnect coolant line -1- and remove coolant supply line -2- .

Unscrew fastening nuts -1 to 9- .
Information

Replace sealing rings, seals and O-rings.
