Installing Power Distributor (HSB)

→ Always use new fastening screws and nuts following removal.

→ Observe specified tightening torques.

→ Carry out a visual inspection of all re-used parts.

1. Fit the fuse elements according to the wiring diagram and fit the marked connecting lines one after the other in the power distributor and secure with the fastening nuts. → Tightening torque: 5 Nm (3.5 ftlb.)

2. Pull the battery leads through the opening into the power distributor (HSB) if necessary.
3. Attach the battery leads and secure with the fastening nuts.

   → Tightening torque: 8 Nm (6 ftlb.)

4. Connect electric plug connections -1, 2-  (-arrow C-  ) until they engage securely.
5. Clip in connecting lines -arrow D-  .

6. Close the cover on the power distributor (HSB) until the locking lugs engage securely.

7. Slide the power distributor (HSB) into the guide -arrow C-  and screw in the fastening screw -arrow D-  .
