Preliminary Work

  1. Remove secondary-air pump (if fitted) with bracket on cylinder bank 1.

    > 266519 REMOVING AND INSTALLING SECONDARY-AIR PUMP WITH BRACKET

  2. Only loosen the torque support on the valve cover on cylinder bank 1. For details, see
