Installing Upper Coolant Pipe

- Emerging fuel
- Risk of fire

- Installation is performed in reverse order. Pay particular attention to the following:
- 1.1. Replace O-rings.
- 1.2. Secure all hose connections with standard hose clamps.
- 1.3. Before installation, clean or smoothen the sealing face for the O-ring.
- 1.4. Moisten the O-ring with coolant and slide it onto the coolant pipe.
- Install lower part of intake manifold at the right. → 244719 REMOVING AND INSTALLING INTAKE MANIFOLD
- Install compressor. → 211419 REMOVING AND INSTALLING COMPRESSOR
- Fill in coolant. → Filling Coolant
