Information 

If the threaded joint shown is damaged, it can be replaced with → threaded bolt 999.919.290.01.

  1. Drill out thread.
    1. 1.1. Drill out thread as far as the base of the thread using a drill bit.→ Diameter: 7.8 mm  → Length: 22 mm

  2. Screw in threaded bolt.
    1. 2.1. Lock nuts -2-  and -3-  on the threaded bolt -1-  at the same time.

      Information 

      It must project by approx. → Length: 17 mm

    2. 2.2. Screw threaded bolt in fully.

  3. Secure the component.
    1. 3.1. Unscrew locked nuts.
    2. 3.2. Fit components.
    3. 3.3. Tighten nuts to the specified tightening torque.→ Tightening torque: 8.7 nm (6.5 ftlb.)
