Installing Front Side Member

Apply adhesive to the sub-part and to the side member.
Apply adhesive evenly to the entire bonding area. → Application depth: 0.5 mm

Working with body structural adhesive → 5X00IN WORKING WITH BODY STRUCTURAL ADHESIVE

Apply adhesive to the side member.
Apply adhesive evenly to the entire bonding area. → Application depth: 0.5 mm

1. 2.1. Also apply a bead of adhesive to the front edge. → Application depth: 5 mm
Position sub-part on the side member using the straightening bracket.

Screw in self-tapping screws → Torx screw 000.043.207.60 and tighten to the required tightening torque. → Tightening torque: 9.5 Nm (7 ftlb.)+/-1 Nm (+/-0.5 ftlb.)
