Removing Side Cushion

Information 

To reduce the unclipping forces and thereby the risk of damage during removal, the removal steps must be carried out at the accessible connection points using a suitable tool.

1. Unclip cover for backrest adjustment mechanism.

2. Move backrest into center position.
3. Unscrew fastening screw -1-  for backrest section.

4. Swivel backrest section forward -arrow A-  and unclip it in an upward direction -arrow B-  .

5. Disconnect plug connection.

6. Unclip electric wire harness at the C-pillar trim panel.
7. Loosen fixing clip -C-  .
8. Release plug connections -a-  and disconnect them -B-  .
