Removing Front Roof Pillar At The Top

Information 

Make a rough cut through all plates.

1. 2.1. Make a rough cut on the left and right side.
2. 2.2. Remove front roof pillar at the top, which you just cut out -arrow-  .

1. 3.1. Mill off spotwelds using a spherical cutter  .

   Information 

   Drill out spotwelds A  through two plate thicknesses.

2. 3.2. Drill out spotwelds using spotweld drill Nr.129  .

3. 3.3. Bend up sheetmetal bracket -arrow-  .
4. 3.4. Heat up connection areas using a hot-air gun.

5. 3.5. Remove remaining pieces of front roof pillar at the top.
