Replacing Rear Level Sensor: Notes

Information 

• In running gear with level adjustment, a level sensor is installed on each spring strut. 
• The level sensor is screwed to the suspension subframe and lower control arm. 
• Make sure that the level sensor is fitted with the swivel range of the lever towards the outside of the vehicle. 

1. Counter with an open-ended wrench at the two flats and unscrew fastening nuts on the linkage.

2. Press electric connector -top arrow-  together and disconnect it.
3. Unscrew fastening screw -bottom arrow-  and remove level sensor.

   Information

4. Installation is performed in reverse order. Check lever position on level sensor.

   Holder for levelling system on chassis subframe: Tightening torque 8 Nm
