Subsequent Work For Battery

Information
The AGM (Absorbent Glass Mat) battery is a maintenance-free, sealed battery.
Serial number and part number on battery
- This battery must not be opened. If the battery is opened, it must be replaced.
- There is a serial number -A- and a part number -B- on the top right-hand side of the battery.
- After replacing the battery, the serial number and part number as well as the battery size and manufacturer must be entered using the PIWIS Tester under: Gateway/Maintenance/repairs/Change battery.
- The battery size and battery manufacturer must also be entered when changing the battery.
- If a new battery was installed, the new battery must be documented in the gateway control unit using > 9818 -PIWIS Tester II .
- Carry out work instruction after disconnecting the battery.
- Fit tool kit tray.
- Close the luggage compartment floor.
