Preparing (Inner) Rear Wheel Housing For Installation

Information 

Drill out spotwelds A  through two plate thicknesses.

1. Drill out spotwelds using Spotweld drill   .

2. Heat up connection areas using a hot-air gun.

3. Fit and secure (inner) rear wheel housing.

4. Drill 9 new holes for rivets using Twist drill nr.201  (diameter: 6.6 mm).

5. Remove (inner) rear wheel housing.
6. Prepare connection areas for bonding.
