Removing PCM Display And Operator Control Unit
- Switch off ignition and remove remote control.
Information
Before removing/installing the PCM system, move the gear lever to 4th gear or the PDK selector lever to D.
This protects the gear lever or selector lever from possible damage from the PCM housing.
- Unscrew the four fastening screws -1-
and pull out the PCM display and control unit.
Information
The number of plug connections can vary, depending on equipment.
- Release the securing clip -3- on the central connector -2- for the PCM by lifting up the locking lug -a- .
- Release the central connector -2- by opening -arrow A- the securing clip -3- and unplug it.
- Release and disconnect electric plug connections -4, 5, 6, 7, 8- .
