Fastening Hood Covering On The Inside

Close the hood.
Tighten the hood covering -2- and secure the Velcro fastener -1- in the groove on the rear roof frame.

Pull fitting aid -3A- inwards and when the dimension -X= 85 mm- is reached, screw in the fastening screw -1- and washer -2- . Tightening torque → Tightening torque: 2.8 Nm (2 ftlb.)
Position tightening strip -3B- with the fourth complete slit from the seam into the hole on the main folding top bow and screw in the fastening screw -1- and washer -2- . → Tightening torque: 1.8 Nm (1.5 ftlb.)

Information

Make sure that the folding aid at the side is routed between the corner bow and the hood covering.
Pull the cord -1- back and guide it through the hood support.
Feed in the cord -1- at the key ring -2- on the hood covering -3- .
