Installing Side Trim Panel

Installation position for rear side trim panel ILLUSTRATION

1. Check support 4  and replace if necessary.

2. Position side trim panel 3  and clip in plastic clip 2  .
3. Screw in fastening screws 1  .

1. Insert side trim panel -1-  with locking tab -2-  and rubber sleeve -3-  into the inner side member and then screw into place with the fastening screws -4-  . → Anziehdrehmoment: 1.5 Nm (1.0 ftlb.)+0.1 Nm (+0.1 ftlb.)

2. Lift up the rubber seal for the door -1-  using a plastic wedge -2-  along the side trim panel -3-  .
