Installing Wiper Arm

→ Switch off electric power to drive motor.

→ Make sure it does not switch on again.

→ Check that there is no electric charge.

→ Switch off electric power to drive motor.

→ Make sure it does not switch on again.

→ Check that there is no electric charge.

1. Position wiper arm on wiper linkage, align, and screw tight using the fastening nuts -2-  . → Tightening torque: 28 Nm (21 ftlb.)

2. Attach and press down cap -1-  until it is heard to engage.
3. Start wiper, check wiping area and wiper rest position, re-adjust wiper arms again if necessary.
