Mounting Front Seat On Assembly Fixture

Fit seat mounting -1- on the assembly stands -2- .

Adjust the seat mounting.

1. 2.1. Loosen locking lever -1- (-arrow A- ).
2. 2.2. Adjust seat mounting -2- to the relevant width (-marking B- ) of the seat frame -arrow B- .
3. 2.3. Tighten locking lever -1- .
4. 2.4. Loosen fastening screw -1- and slide locking wedge -2- as far as the outer edge of the seat mounting -3- (-arrow A- ).

5. 2.5. Tighten fastening screw -1- .
6. 2.6. Slide locking lever -4- as far as the outer edge of the seat mounting -3- (-arrow B- ).
Fit front seat.

1. 3.1. Position the front seat -1- on the seat mounting -2- .
2. 3.2. Slide the seat frame as far as it will go into the locking wedge -3- (-arrow A- ).
3. 3.3. Slide locking lever -4- into the seat frame -arrow B- and lock it -arrow C- .

  The preload on the locking lever can be increased or reduced by turning the adjusting screw -5- .
