Installing Reservoir

Insert the retaining lug -2- on the reservoir -1- at the rear into the guide -3- .

Fitting reservoir
Fit fastening nut -4- . > Tightening torque 10 Nm (7.4 ftlb.)

Hoses at the reservoir
Fit hoses -2- .
1. 3.1 Attach hoses -2- to the connections on the reservoir -1- . Pay attention to markings on the reservoir and hose!
2. 3.2 Position and secure the clamps -3- on the hoses.
Information

Overfilling the system can cause Pentosin to overflow onto coolant hoses and other components. The engine must be run for approx. 20 seconds prior to the fluid level check. Check the fluid level.
Fill the reservoir with Pentosin.
