Subsequent Work

Information 

• When topping up or filling in Pentosin, make sure that it does not come into contact with the coolant hoses. To avoid overflow caused by overfilling, observe the instructions under 

  >4890IN TEST AND ASSEMBLY WORK ON POWER STEERING 

• If coolant hoses come into contact with Pentosin, clean them thoroughly with water IMMEDIATELY! 
• Replace visibly swollen coolant hoses. 

1. Fit engine guard

   > 108019 REMOVING AND INSTALLING ENGINE GUARD

2. Fit wheel housing liner

   > WM 505619 REMOVING AND INSTALLING FRONT WHEEL HOUSING LINER

3. Fit wheel

   > 440519 REMOVING AND INSTALLING WHEEL

4. After fitting the pressure lines, fill steering hydraulics with Pentosin CHF 202 and bleed the steering system

   >4890IN TEST AND ASSEMBLY WORK ON POWER STEERING 

5. Adjust toe-in and read and follow information about steering-gear centre position!

   > 449503 SUSPENSION ALIGNMENT, COMPLETE

6. Calibrate steering-angle sensor

   > 456005 INITIALIZING AND CALIBRATING STEERING-ANGLE SENSOR
