Removing Front Connecting Link

WARNING:
Wheel bearing housing raised incorrectly
- Risk of crushing
- Risk of damage to components
- Wear personal protective gear.
- Do not raise the wheel suspension higher than the normal vehicle position (vehicle resting on wheels).
- Only for 19-inch brake system:
Remove air guide.

- Raise the vehicle.
- Loosen the bottom fastening screw -2-
on the connecting link -5-
.
Front connecting link
- Raise the lower axle support -3- as far as required using a suitable jack -4- so that the upper fastening screw -1- on the connecting link can be loosened and removed easily.
- Remove the connecting link -5- .
